Before being cleared to work with children at ASP, all ASP employees are fingerprinted and go through a thorough background screening process, which includes both the local and FBI databases. ASP's stringent screening standards are set by the Jessica Lunsford Act and the Florida Department of Education, and are the same requirements followed by all Florida school districts.
